These are production-ready devices you can buy today and customise completely. Run the QuickComm platform for the fastest path to live, or take the hardware and build your own voice AI application on top of it. Both are supported ways to buy.
The stream endpoint is configurable. Point the device at your own infrastructure instead of ours and the audio goes where you send it.
Bring your own speech-to-text, models, wake word and text-to-speech. Nothing about the hardware locks you to a particular provider.
The firmware layer is fully customisable — change the capture behaviour, the button semantics, the LED language, the protocol.
8 MB of flash and on-device voice activity detection are there for your own processing, not just ours.
Custom firmware ships through the same staged over-the-air pipeline, with the same fleet health telemetry behind it.

What the AI actually does
A guard keys the device. Audio streams over QuickComm's own UDP protocol — push-to-talk framed, so silence is never sent.
A live speech session per device in English, Urdu, Arabic or automatic multilingual. Non-English is translated, the original kept.
Every sealed utterance is classified for intent, location and severity against an 18-intent taxonomy. 'All clear' closes the matching task.
High-confidence detections become routed tasks. Duplicates merge. Every AI decision lands in a queryable audit trail.
